The hotel had nice rooms, though a few maintenance issues, and was pet-friendly. The service was a mix of rude and friendly encounters, but they did go out of their way to compliment other employees. The location was good, near the river, but not ideal for those with severe animal allergies. The dining area could improve, being poorly lit, but well-stocked. Overall, a decent stay considering the value for money.

I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were warm with a noisy A/C, which was disappointing, but my grandkids loved it here despite the cleanliness issue. The service was lacking, with only 2 housekeepers for a large number of rooms, but they went out of their way to give us directions when we needed them. The location was good, next to some fast-food restaurants, but the price seemed a bit high for the tight space. The dining options were subpar, though adequate for a quick start to the day.
